Eszter began her professional journey at a major multinational company, where she worked for over seven years, first as a trainee lawyer and later as a commercial legal counsel responsible for Hungary, handling a broad range of commercial and marketing matters.

· Merger clearance where Eszter successfully notified several mergers to the Hungarian Competition Authority in areas as diverse as hydrocarbon exploration and production, Hungarian-owned retail chains, rebar distribution, software development.

· Advising clients on the competition law risks of vertical agreements and distribution systems, including selective and exclusive distribution, pricing restrictions, and online sales bans, ensuring compliance with both Hungarian and EU antitrust regulation.
